"Let me tell you a bit about myself and
Global Palate LLC. Though I have been a
pediatrician in New Jersey for more than 6 years, I have also had
culinary dreams. I chose to seriously pursue these dreams last year
by training at the French Culinary Institute of New
York. I also obtained my ServSafe Food Safety
Certificate. I was so inspired by everything I learned
that I could not put my dreams on hold. For the Love of
International Cuisine Although I trained in the French culinary technique, my love
is international cuisine. My menu selections reflect Latin
American, Mediterranean, North African, East Asian, and Indian
influences. I have been fortunate enough to travel to many of these
regions and explore their very exciting cuisines." |
Local, Hormone-Free Foods "I am also concerned about food quality. My produce suppliers are local to ensure that ingredients are their freshest. I only use hormone-free poultry and organic meats and dairy in my menu items. Many menu items can be prepared with low-fat ingredients if desired. Global Palate LLC provides chef services for parties of up to 50 guests. I also contract with a pastry chef to provide occasion cakes and special desserts.
