The Catering Process
We'll begin by finding out what type of event you're having and the date. We'll then provide you with an estimate. Our fees are based on the number of people at the gathering. Both off-site and on-site catering is available.

For off-site service, your order is delivered and set up in chafing dishes at the location of your choice. For on-site catering, we'll set up an appointment to visit the site, check out the kitchen, and get a feel for what you're looking for. On the day of the event, the caterer brings everything pre-prepped, and then cooks your meal on arrival. We'll do the cooking and serving—you'll enjoy the party and the company of your guests.

Quality, Healthy Choices
Take a break from the usual American food with gourmet and international foods. Our caterer is very picky about food quality and uses hormone-free and organic meats, local vegetables, and high-quality spices. If you want lowfat items, we can prepare that too. Just let us know ahead of time. We strive to provide you with flavor and goodness in every bite. Each type of cuisine includes choices of appetizers, soups, entrées, and desserts.
